Citizen Centric Service
Seven services concerning Ration Cards like issuance of new ration card, duplicate ration card, surrender certificate, inclusion/exclusion of family member, change of address and change of fair price shop, etc. have been given fixed timeframe (as shown below) for facilitating quick services to the public. The process for all these services has been simplified by recasting of application forms.

New simplified forms for all above services have been made available in all field officers/PR Centers. Details and timelines of services are displayed in all the field offices of the Department.
