Flow Chart Regarding Issuance of Licences

As per the section 23 of Legal Metrolgy Act 2009 (Central Act) it is prohibited to manufacture, repair or sale of weight or measure without licence. The persons who are willing to manufacture, repair or sale of any weight or measure can apply for grant of new licence of weight or measure in prescribed.
